So you should compile against target nRF51422_xxAA (not xxAC)</p> <p>If you change the target under Options -&gt; Device, the IROM and IRAM settings will be reset, and you need to change it back to the correct ones. But I&#39;m guessing I&#39;ve got some issues with my settings. If anything obvious pops out, I&#39;d love to know why things arent working.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
