So you should compile against target nRF51422_xxAA (not xxAC)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you change the target under Options -&amp;gt; Device, the IROM and IRAM settings will be reset, and you need to change it back to the correct ones. &lt;p&gt;The xxAA chip also only have 16KB of RAM so set the IRAM size to 0x2000 (not 0x6000)&lt;/p&gt;

But I&amp;#39;m guessing I&amp;#39;ve got some issues with my settings.
