Well, according to this I thought it is the nRF52 hardware limitation. But as I see now, it could be done when there is Zephyr support.

Hi Lukas,

There is no HW limitation preventing multiple advertising sets. It is simply that it is not supported in software at this point.

so let's please recap this a little.

Advertising multiple data sets on BT LE 4.0 are not supported in any nRF52 HW
Advertising multiple data sets on BT LE 5.0 is HW supported in the nRF52 series, but it is not implemented in Zephyr and nRF Controller.
When Zephyr properly implements Advertising Extensions, multiple advertising sets should be possible.

Is it correct?

Not yet. The commit you referred to is only for the host part. The nRF controller only supports a single advertising set, and the Zephyr controller still does not properly support extended advertising.

Yeah, I meant BT 4.0 (classic). So it is possible with Bluetooth 5 advertising extensions?

By BT legacy, do you mean BT classic? If yes, this is not supported by any nRF HW, so it simply not possible. If that is not what you mean, could you clarify?
