Which clock source do you use to keep track of the duration of the pulse? Could it be that you change the available clock source involuntarily when you enable Gazell? For example, are you using external 16 MHz? This will be switched off by Gazell everytime Gazell is done with sending/receiving a package.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
