because of careless,i enabled pin reset in debug mode by set bit 0 in RESET register in my software,and i downloaded the hex file to a 51822.now,because of resetting,i can not download the 51822 again.

&lt;p&gt;Have you tried recovering using nrfjprog?
Open a cmd-window and input:
&lt;code&gt;nrfjprog --recover&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you have more than one JLink device connected, you will be prompted with a pop-up window to select the device.&lt;/p&gt;
