Hi, thanks for a replay and sorry for late respond from me.

Yes i have updated these values before and didn't helped however i found what was wrong and how stupid it is.

All i had to do is erase chip and load code all over again. This thread helped me. Just to erase board i have used nRF Connect instead.

It seems like this module does not have a LF crystal. Try using the internal LFRC oscillator instead. In sdk_config.h set NRF_SDH_CLOCK_LF_SRC to 0, NRF_SDH_CLOCK_LF_RC_CTIV to 16, NRF_SDH_CLOCK_LF_RC_TEMP_CTIV to 2, and NRF_SDH_CLOCK_LF_ACCURACY to 1
