Hi Allen,

I don't think we have anything to do with the "vendor extensions" on the Android BlueDroid stack. I believe it's more for the phone vendor than for us. We don't make chip that is inside the phone, usually you can find our chip on the peripheral side.

In our example apps, we simply use the Android Bluetooth APIs as described here.

Hi Allen,

I'm not very sure I understand what is the HAL source code you mentioned. However, if you want to find Android reference source code you can have a look here. You can also find them on our website here.

I would suggest you to get started with nRFToolbox and nRFUART app.
