Update on this topic. I just ended up not using nRF Connect and used Segger J-Flash Lite to flash the boards without issue. Not really going to bother with nRF Connect anymore given how easy this free tool is to use.

For anyone else that come across this, I was seeing this warning message and went through the process of installing older versions but never was able to get the message to go away. Eventually I realized that the exception in the log said "LOW_VOLTAGE", I had forgotten to switch the jlink connection over to the next board I was connecting to... Seems like the warning is just shown any time there's an exception, whether or not it's related...

Can you please provide some screenshots of your issues? What version of nRF Command Line Tools are you running?
