We don't support Eclipse, unfortunately. This is the reason why we introduced Segger Embedded studio. It is a free of charge, cross platform IDE. I recommend that you check it out.

Actually in Debugger console I can see:
No source file named /home/me/work/nrf/project/src/main.c.
But I have this file according this path
