Yes reproduce 3rd party dongle, but i do know what it is programmed with, i have a .hex file i suppose to programm with nrfgo Studio with DFU serielle bootloader.

what i do not know what kind of hardware to use as it is in a case and im not allowed to open, in case it breaks.

Do you mean a 3rd party dongle that you don't know what is programmed with? Or do you have access to the bootloader source code?

If you want to reprogram the nRF52840 dongle from Nordic Semiconductor, you need to use nRF Connect for Desktop -> the Programmer application. You can not use nRFgo Studio with this dongle.
