please contact the Nordic RSM in your area and ask for the v0.7 CSP addendum which contains the pinout for the nrF52833. It can be shared under NDA.

I would be grateful if you could provide us the pinout earlier because there is a bigger business behind it. The development of the algorithm for programming the components will then take another 10 weeks. We lose so much time.

According to R&D the PS will be updated in end of June/Early July with the CSP pinout and reference circuitry.
