 I`m considerate to use Nordic SoC in my design. 
 Please advise if Nordic have BLE SoC with Capacitance Touch Sensing capabilities like in Cypress part CY8C4127LQI-BL483 
 If yes, what is the part number.

You will have to implement everything yourself through comparators and ADC. Or take a ready-made set of buttons with an already digital interface.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;apparently spending 20 minutes viewing the main features of the chips is too expensive for you ... It&amp;rsquo;s much easier to write the name of a third-party chip and say, you look for it there yourself and unsubscribe if you have one.
