We have some custom boards/devices with nrf9160. They each hold certificates to communicate with aws-iot. The certificates were flashed using the at_client and LTE Link Monitor Certificate Manager, and are valid till 2050.

There aren't any issues related to HW that we are aware of, but I may be wrong. Usually, this is due to the wrong use of modem key management or similar.

What version of NCS have you built your modified cat tracker on? And what modem FW version are you running?

Thanks,

no, we have no calls to Modem key management. The certificates are flashed using the AT command client and LTE Link Monitor, then our code is flashed (a modified cat tracker).

The code I posted in my original post in only meant to show that the certificates have disappeared from the device. I would think that this can happen as a result of some hardware related fault?

Can you elaborate on what your code does? Do you have any calls to e.g. Modem Key Management?
