We realized this confusion and started naming our SoftDevices that will work on all nRF51-based chips with simply &quot;nRF51&quot;.</p> <p>The S120 2.0.0 should work on IC revisions 3, but might have problems on earlier revisions. To see what changed between 1.0.1 and 2.0.0, please refer to the release notes and the migration document.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
