@Danny: As RK pointed, you can use the APIs come with the sniffer package. The API and its documentation is located in the SnifferAPI.zip file in the sniffer folder.

There's an API guide which comes with the sniffer package which shows how to use Python to script it. You could use that. I doubt you can do that by launching the exe as that's a self-contained program which just displays stuff on the screen.

I'm trying to send a single command to launch the ble-sniffer_win_1.0.1_1111_Sniffer.exe and read the list of the device. Any idea how to do this?

Did you try reading the manual?
