Could you elaborate on how they fail?

- What is the nRF device you programming the nRF Sniffer firmware? Did you use nRF Connect Programmer to program the firmware? If not, please use nRF Connect Programmer.

- What is the operating system the Wireshare is installed?

- Did you see the hardware interface (nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE COM# as the figure) in the Wireshark?

Yes, it supports ble 5.0.
