If not, please use&amp;nbsp;nRF Connect Programmer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- What is the&amp;nbsp;operating system the Wireshare is installed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;- Did you see&amp;nbsp;the hardware interface (nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE COM# as the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_sniffer_ble/UG/sniffer_ble/running_sniffer.html"&gt;figure&lt;/a&gt;) in the&amp;nbsp;Wireshark?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
