we bought a few 3rd party modules ( https://www.raytac.com/product/ins.php?index_id=95 ) with nRF52833 on it. Just with lipo battery on VDDH Pin, VDD has an voltage level of about 3V.
Normally, Regout0 should have 1,8V output by default ( https

RE: Software already on new nrf82833 SoC?

thanks!

RE: Software already on new nrf82833 SoC?

Yes, unless they have been programmed to do otherwise.

RE: Software already on new nrf82833 SoC?

No - never assume!

Read the Raytac documentation.

Yes, you´re right, I sent an inquiry to raytac. But for my unterstanding, the SoC should normally offering a 1,8V voltage level, when connecting for example LiPo battery on VDDH. Is that correct?

RE: Software already on new nrf82833 SoC?
3rd party modules
You need to contact Raytac for details of what software, if any, they program onto their modules - that is entirely down to Raytac, and nothing to do with Nordic!
