Two folders under AppData deleted.

I reinstalled again and answered yes to update to 3.3.3

This seems to have done the trick :-) thank you

Hi Thomas,

Could you try to uninstall nRF Connect, go into {user}\AppData\Roaming and removed everything that has *nrf*connect in the name, install 3.3.0 again? Please let me know this helps or not.

I have uninstalled nRF Connect and installed it again from your website. Version 3.3.1 was on the website but when starting it it updated to 3.3.3

Same problem, I see I can start Toolchaing Manager (visible in toolbar), but no window can be found.....
