 I have upgraded the firmware to sdk 16.1 and use the softedvice S 140 V. 7.0.1.

&lt;p&gt;are you using the nRF Connect application on Android/iOS or nRF Connect for Desktop to perform the DFU? If so do you have the log from the application?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also see that you are using nrfutil v6.1, I dont think that should be an issue, but could you try to use &lt;a href="https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-nrfutil/releases/tag/v4.0.0"&gt;v4.0.0&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;when generating the firmware image and see if there is any difference?&lt;/p&gt;
