&lt;p&gt;There are two ways to edit the compiler optimization level in your project.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. You can set the configuration in the prj.conf file of your application. See &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/kconfig/choice_505.html"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;for the configurations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. To do this directly in SES, go to Project -&amp;gt; Configure nRF Connect SDK Project -&amp;gt; menuconfig. Scroll down to Build and Link Features -&amp;gt; Compiler Options -&amp;gt; Optimization level. You can choose to optimize for speed, size, or debugging experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
