Hi, thanks for the replies and suggestions. I have disabled Adblock and other Addons in my browser, and have also tried activating over my mobile network on my phone. Unfortunately, I am still getting the error and am unable to activate the SIM.

Hi,

Could you try to register the SIM from your phone (or at home), in case the current network is behind a firewall or similar that is blocking the activation.

Are you using an ad-blocker by any chance? I had some issues with registering, after turning off my ad-blocker, things went smoothly

I am still having problems with activating the iBasis eSIM on the nRF Cloud website. Should I contact iBasis for this issue? I live in the United States, so I should not have a problem activating an LTE eSIM here.

The SIM is from the dev kit, and I scratched off the material obscuring the PUK, so I am definitely the first one to use this SIM. Here is a screenshot of the error message, without showing personal details.

Thank you for the reply. It's the iBasis eSIM. I'm able to add the SIM to my nRF cloud account, but once I put in my user information on the registration, it says the card cannot be activated.

Hello,

What SIM are you trying to activate? The SIM registration in nRF Cloud is for iBasis only.
