&lt;p&gt;Did you include the file that contains the missing error? (I can&amp;#39;t see which one it is, since the uploaded picture was too small (it happens some times).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you already included the file, the issue is probably related to the defines in sdk_config.h. Please check the file apply_old_config.h to see how the &amp;quot;legacy&amp;quot; definitions overrules the nrfx definitions. Just try to set the same legacy definitions as your nrfx definitions for the TWI in sdk_config.h.&lt;/p&gt;
