Hi Stian and thank you for the answer and the link which I couldn't find by myself. I have mapped to different ports the monitor and going to re-write the provided firmware. As soon as I have a results I will update this post for the other developers interested in the topic

Please have a look at Section 14: General-Purpose Input/Output (GPIO) in the nRF51 Series Reference Manual.

The GPIO Port peripheral implements up to 32 pins, PIN0 through PIN31. Each of these pins can be individually configured in the PIN_CNF[n] registers (n=0..31).

This means that you can choose whichever pin you want for the GPIO's. The same goes for the PWM, this can be configured to use any pin.

What is a GPIO port? What is a PWM port?

--》P0.xx of nRF51DK are all is GPIO; nRF51422 Product Specification and nRF51 Series Reference Manual we could use TIMER and GPIO to generate PWM signal.

Does the nRF51DK expose 3.3 volt on VDD or are they all 5 volts?
