Hi,

Sorry for the wait.
It's being worked on.
Unfortunately fixing this has taken longer time than expected, but hopefully the solution will be published in the near future.

Workaround for now to test is to not use TLS hostname verification, then it should not fail after 23rd time.

Hi Martin, I'm using the master branch of the NCS and am still running into this limitation. Any idea when this will be resolved? This is a show stopper for us...

Thanks Martin. I'm running into this with my dedicated network acrd form Rogers as well. Because our product uses both LTE-M and GPS, and we cannot depend on PSM or eDRX, we absolute require that the modem be able to be switched between the two without this limit. I look forward to the update!

We have been able to reproduce it at our side.
It is under investigation, most likely we will release an update to NCS to fix this in the near future.

I think I have everything you need. I've made some adjustments but basically the same, and now I can reach 26 publishes before a hang. The hang happens with iBasis card and not my dedicated Rogers card. I am in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Understood.
Is it so that the data is actually sent 22 times (you can see that they are received by the server)?
Which operator/network are you connected to?
Do you have server logs?

It would be really helpful if you could do a modem trace so we could analyze what is going on in the modem.

NCS is 1.2.0 and I have also tried 1.2.99 (currently using this now). MFW is mfw_nrf9160_1.2.0.

Which version of NCS and what modem firmware version are you using?

I think this was a bug in one of the older versions.
