Yes, the diameter on these in the reference desing is 0.406 mm.

I can assume that the question is about the pads that I circled in green. They are the only ones that fit his description (A1, A31, AL1, AL31) and they are really larger in diameter)))

they are all the same size:

If your referring to the reference design:

Some of the pads has an extra grey circle around it to mark the via hole going through the pads.

Ah, I was actually referring to pads A31, AL1, AL31. On the drawing and on pictures of the nRF5340 these pins seem to have a larger diameter than the b=0.2mm size of all the other pads (except the center pad).

Please let me know if you can provide a diameter specification for pads A1, A31, AL1, AL31. For the time being I have used a diameter of 0.4mm in my CAD files.

So A1 is the height from the chip to the end of the pads, the diameter of the pads is listed as b in the drawing.
