&lt;p&gt;You can connect&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Rhodes cmw500 probe with J1 connector on nrf52832 DK and measure the transmit power. You can take a look of the discussion in &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/27360/pcb-antenna-and-j1-connector"&gt;PCB antenna and J1 connector&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you have a customized board, then it depends if have a PCB antenna or not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;If you have a PCB antenna, then you need a SWF connector. Otherwise, a standard connector shall be enough. You can check another post&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/30986/swf-connector-for-customized-pcb"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
