Yes, it have port of littleFS.

This link shows an example using littleFS for nrf52840 with zephyr RTOS. You can look at its implementation there in more detail, since the code is open.

FDS can not meet their needs, they want the system like littleFS,

I know that we have another customer use fatfs file system in freertos based on our nrf5 SDK...So I think it's possible to implement littleFS too.

I think it should be possible. However, the easiest approach may be to use the already present file system FDS. Check out the FDS example on guidance on how to implement it. Ask the customer if this file system is sufficient.

However, please tell me if it's not sufficient. And I can investigate the initial question.
