&lt;p&gt;Could you try SDK examples like the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/ble_sdk_app_gls.html"&gt;Glucose Application&lt;/a&gt;? Could you see it is showed in the device list?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Could you see the device in the &lt;span&gt;device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;list before paring? If not, please check the device is &lt;span&gt;advertising&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;or not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
