I am trying to connect the demo board nrf6929 to my demo nrf51822 (PCA10001).
In nrfready_voice_input_module_user_guide I couldn't find any information about updating the ST micro using the Segger J-link placed on the demoboard, is it possible?

RE: Connection between NRF51822 and NRF6929

Hi Lorens,

To update firmware for the STMicro chip on PCA63506 you would need an external Jlink programmer as described at chapter 6 in the voice input module userguide.

The connection between the STmicro and the nRF51822 is UART but we currently don't have an example firmware for the PCA10001 to interface with the voice module. I guess you can refer to the firmware we have with the smart remote to strip down and match the pin configuration with the PCA10001.
