We built 100 custom boards. I&amp;#39;ve only checked about 50 boards so far. 47 boards work properly. 3 do not. 
 
 We used secure_bootloader_uart_pca10056 example and did minimal changes to fit with our GPIO configurations. &lt;p&gt;Perhaps you can send your hardware files for review here in Devzone? If you prefer you can create a private ticket for this and the hardware files (schematics and layout) will be reviewed by a Nordic engineer, including power supply.&lt;/p&gt;
