 Now the DK is not reachable for Segger IDE and can not be found as a USB device.

&lt;p&gt;Did you enter interface MCU into boot mode (by pressing IF BOOT/RESET button)?&amp;nbsp; Look &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/29012/nrf52-dk-boot-problem-after-press-if-boot-reset-button"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt; if it&amp;#39;s your case.
