Can't go to DFU mode

Can't go to DFU modehttps://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/62128/can-t-go-to-dfu-modeI flashed nrf52840 usb dongle via SWD and now it can't go to DFU mode even if I press reset. Green and blue leds are constantly blinking. How can I go to DFU mode in that case? Are there any methods?
