okay so above attached code from you is of server,in which you have implemented UART functionality,right ? similarly I should implement functionality for client too ?

My suggestion is to use light switch example (which have the code for client board and server board) and implement app_uart in these examples to have UART communication.

as I already mentioned I want server and client functionalities on 2 different boards.

Hi Gecko,

You can use app_uart (or app_uart_fifo) to interface with UART.

I attached here an example I used app_uart_fifo to print out logging using UART. It's for SDK v4.0.0
