Thanks for your response, FAE has come to our office and found the issue: Root cause is the internal RC, It works well if we use external RC. Thanks.

Hi,

This is a quite vague description, hard to say exactly what is wrong. Are you able to e.g. measure the RF output levels and compare pressing with not pressing? What is the RF frequency error and does it change when pressing the IC? What LFCLK source do you use and does it change if you change it to HFSYNTH (for troubleshooting, not a permanent fix)? Have you tried to reflow the board?
