I am looking for the cost effective simultaneous central+peripheral solution using nrf BLE.

The nrf52810 seems to be hardware capable of doing this but I am not sure about the sdk as it is showing the s132 will support all these but s132

RE: Simultaneous central and peripheral role on Lower-end Bluetooth 5.2 SoCs (nrf52810 / nrf52811)

Hello,

We have qualified s132 v5.1.0 for the nRF52810. So it should be possible with this older version of the Softdevice to achieve concurrent support for both the GAP central and GAP peripheral role. There's a blog post explaining how you can set up a project for this HW/SW combination here: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/nordic-blog/b/blog/posts/the-s132-v5-1-0-is-now-production-tested-on-nrf52810.

Another option is to use nRF52811 with the larger s140 v7 Softdevice. It adds some extra features such as support for CODED_PHY but also leaves less memory to your application code.
