Rosa</dc:creator><description>&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m having the same issue on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;nRF52832 DK. I was able to pair once to my phone and now I can&amp;#39;t pair to any device, including the phone that successfully&amp;nbsp;paired the first time. Even if I reflash the issue persists. I&amp;#39;m using sdk 16.0.0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Any thoughts on how to fix this?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Which SDK are you using? Are you using the custom board? Could these issues reproduce on nRF52832 DK?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Not sure I understand the question correctly or not. Could you elaborate more about what are the &amp;quot;A device&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;other devices&amp;quot;? Do you mean that after the HID keyboard connected and disconnected with a PC, it cannot pair with other PC? Do you have any debug log or &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_sniffer_ble/UG/sniffer_ble/intro.html"&gt;sniff &lt;/a&gt;log about that?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;May I know why the protocol stack needs to re-burned? Do you mean the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;HID keyboard needs to flash the image again?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
