I am choosing a oscillator and my choice was a 16MHz stability +-9ppm, tolerance +-10ppm, 9pF
my FAE gave me the hint to use a 32MHz which is stability +-20ppm, tolerance +-10ppm, 10pF because this was used successfully in another design.

RE: 16MHz vs. 32MHz for nRF51422

Hi Fran

The 16MHz crystal oscillator you mention is a great choice. It is not worse than the 32MHz crystal you mention. The motivation to use a 32MHz crystal instead of 16MHz is to save board space because it is smaller, or if you need 32MHz also for something else on your board. But I guess the 32MHz crystal is also more expensive than 16MHz crystal.
