OK, that is a revision 2 chip. Do you have any more logs you can enable to determine what happens? If you did not already, please enable debug log level for all USBD related drivers/libraries in the SDK.

Hi Jorgen, thank you for your response.

The silkscreen on this chip is: N52840 - QIAAD0 - 1851AA.
The chip of the gateway is MT7621.

Can you make sure that you are using production-revision of the nRF52840 chip? The Engineering samples have had many issues with the USBD peripheral.

Can you also provide more details on the gateway device? What manufacturer/model is the USB Host device, and how does it communicate with the USB device?

Can you offer me some advice?

Is USB device configured incorrectly? Or is the gateway configured incorrectly? Or do these two configurations not match? or for any other reason.

Hi Jorgen,

Thanks you. scenario 1 can repeat in “nordic_SDK_160\examples\peripheral\usbd_ble_uart”, but there will be no problem communicating with PC

In the figure below, after the gateway open the device and delays for 1 second, it sends 4K datas to the device, but after sending a few hundred bytes, the USB bus is suspended and the reception fails.

Can you provide some more details on what occurs in scenario 1, and provide an example with instructions on how to reproduce this?
