Recently, the number of failures of receivers increases quickly, and most of failures are shown as: 1. "Unknown Device" in Windows OS; 2. Part of flash bits turning over from 1

RE: Requests for Schematic & Layout Reference Designs based on nRF24LU1P

OK, I get the point. The device has been in production for 10+ years and we haven't seen this before. It's possibly something in your design, either HW or SW than causes this.

RE: Requests for Schematic & Layout Reference Designs based on nRF24LU1P

Hi Ketiljo, thank you for kind and useful suggestions for the first two questions.

How about question 3 about flash bits' turning over?

Is there any other case reflected by other applications that we can learn from, or which direction should we troubleshoot this problem?

RE: Requests for Schematic & Layout Reference Designs based on nRF24LU1P

At the time then the nRF24LU1+ was made, the center pad wasn't defined as a ground pin. But it's internally connected to GND so you can safely connect it to the ground plane.

The reference design doesn't include additional ESD protection for the USB interface. Any ESD protection device for USB can use used here. There's no other reference design than in the product specification.
