The ble_app_pwr_profiling example in the SDK does exactly what you are asking for. It starts out in system OFF mode, and starts advertising when you press button 1.

2.I am using SDK15.2

3.I am using ble_app_uart example.

4. Yes I have found "hundreds" of answers but non them was a best suite for my requirement.

Hi Manoj, to start with, more description like

What device version you are using
Which SDK are you attempting to use
Which examples in the SDK have you looked before coming to the forum to ask.
Have you found nothing in the forum as there are hundreds of answers on systemoff and gpio wakeup.

Please be more descriptive on what you are trying to achieve and the prerequisites of your query.

There are lot of information in this forum if you just search for "systemoff gpio" in the search bar here in this forum.

This particular one might be interested for you
