It's currently working with NB-IOT, but we need to use LTE-M, it's this possible?

I'm using "thingy91_nbiot_dfu_2020-04-29_bc7ade8b.hex" version.

This is the output:

Did you try the "thingy91_nbiot_legacy_pco" version of the precompiled application?
Could you share the output log?

You can set APN via the AT command AT%XAPNSTATUS.

Or you can build the Asset_tracker application with the following configurations in prj.conf:

CONFIG_LTE_NETWORK_MODE_NBIOT=y
CONFIG_LTE_LEGACY_PCO_MODE=y
CONFIG_LTE_PDP_CONTEXT="0,\"IPv4v6\",\"iot.1nce.net\""
