 Softedevice S130

&lt;p&gt;Yes, this is possible with nRF51 as well. However, the configuration is a bit different than on nRF52. See the lines in &lt;a href="https://github.com/NordicPlayground/nrf51-ADC-examples/blob/master/ble_app_hrs_adc_battery_measurement/main.c#L1046-L1048"&gt;this example&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
