Sorry, by your last reply, I thought you meant that you were going to follow the Thingy:52 user guide to get started and get a project up and running. Have you tried debugging your application at all? If not, please check out this thread to get started with debugging, and find out where in your application this problem occurs. You can also check out this post for specifics on Thingy:52 debugging.

Have you followed the Thingy:52 user guide and the gettings started chapter in order to connect and configure your Thingy:52? Please also follow the prerequisites and the setup instructions in the Nordic Thingy:52 SDK repo on our GitHub.
