I suggest taking a look at the <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/ble_sdk_app_rscs_relay.html?cp=7_1_4_2_1_2">ble_app_hrs_rscs_relay example</a> in the SDK, or any other multirole example.
