&lt;p&gt;The fact that it is a module should not matter. But you need to have a fairly up to date Segger software and nrfjprog so that it can actually recognize the nRF52833. Can you try updating to the latest &lt;a href="https://www.segger.com/downloads/jlink/#J-LinkSoftwareAndDocumentationPack"&gt;SEGGER J-Link software and documentation pack&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Tools/nRF-Command-Line-Tools/Download"&gt;nRF Command Line Tools&lt;/a&gt;? &lt;li&gt;Figure how the BL653&amp;#39;s self description during nfrjprog / JTAG negotiation differs from PCA10100&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clone PCA10100 info (how many places?) and name the copy BL653&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Modify the parts of the new BL653 Config such that nfrjprog will recognize the BL653 HW as &amp;quot;within the nrf52 family&amp;quot; and write the program&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Am I on the right track? It&amp;#39;d be helpful to identify the places to be modified.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
