I then reprogrammed the dongle hoping that everything will be reset. It seems the dongle is still provisioned as the app is not able to scan it for unprovisioned nodes.

&lt;p&gt;Yes, you should probably erase the dongle flash and re-upload the firmware. Provisioning data might still be stored in persistent storage. What kind of dongle are you using?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
