Hi,

If the application overwrites this on boot, then that setting will be used. Try to use at_client to verify if this has been set properly by issuing AT%XSYSTEMMODE just after boot.

This did not work. 0 state seems to be minimum functionality but not save parameters. Is there another command that might do this please?

Hi,

AT+CFUN=0 stores configuration to the modem, so that it sets this on boot up.

Could you try this after issuing your configuration settings?
