2. Yes, you'll have to add your header file to the CMakeLists.txt. Please check out our nRFConnect SDK tutorial (part 2) (section 2.2.1) for a detailed explanation of how to add header and source files to an NCS project.

Regarding to the first question your answer is enough. Thanks.

In the second one, It does not answer my question what I am missed was specifying that I refer to my own header files so the question would be as follows:

Related to the third answer it is very helpful thanks. But it is not solved my doubt.Because again, my question is regarding to add MY-OWN pre-processor directives.

1. Yes, but the Zephyr projects do not have these options. If you open an nRF5 SDK example in the SES Nordic edition you should be able to see these options.

2. Due to changes in Zephyr, this changed the include paths for drivers and other components. (https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/pull/1811). Here's a list fo the paths that changed.

3. The easiest way to add directives to your project in the SES Nordic Edition is to go to the Project dropdown menu on the top, choose Configure the nRF Connect SDK Project, choose menuconfig, and there you can add the various modules and directives you'd like for your project.
