&lt;p&gt;Master Control Panel(MCP) is an application locks the COM port that the dongle has been emualated.
It uses that interfaces to send HCI commands to control and send commands to the device. Hence no other app can use that serial COM port as long as MCP is in use.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
