I was able to solve this problem after using the new SDK version 1.3.0 and recompiling all programs used.
Now I'm able to see the output from the hello world program.

RE: Issue with DFU over serial using MCUMGR for NRF5340

Hi Sethu,

Have you tried to upload a new image instead of using the test image ? just do image upload on an app_update2.bin for example.
I haven't tried the test image but I assume that's the expected behavior after the reboot, the test image replaced the original image and do nothing.
