Remove the <> brackets and \components from the path, then change "nRF5_SDK_17.0.0_9d13099" to your "nRF5_SDK_16.0.0_src"

This is my SDK_ROOT

Here is my file structure and when I go into the Mesh SDK and try to run

light_lightness_server_nrf52833_xxAA_s113_7_0_1

I get the same boards.h no directory found error.

No you're right I was totally wrong on that, I was trying to use v17.0.0. So get rid of 17 and download SDK v16.0 then try that in the same file structure?

I see that you are using the nRF5 SDK v17.0.0. Mesh SDK v4.1.0 does not support this SDK version, you need to use nRF5 SDK v16.0.0.

You mentioned that you used nRF5 SDK v16.0.0 above but it is v17.0.0 in the picture so just need to clarify.

Here is my file structure

So I have a folder in my C Drive called "nRF Mesh Project" and then this is how the inside of the folder is set up. I have the nRF5 SDK extracted in it and the nrf5_SDK_for_Mesh extracted in it.

I have deleted all SDKs and re downloaded them multiple times and have not touched the SDK_ROOT macro.

Hi,

Have you made any modifications to the example? Have you changed the SDK_ROOT macro?

I suggest you download a fresh copy of the SDKs and try again.

Could you provide a screenshot of your folder structure?
